Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, looking for someone to prepare drawings for planning application for 2nd storey extension over garage. Based in Knocknacarra. Any recommendations or cost estimate - roughly 20m2. Thanks

Impossible question as many variables but €2k per sq. m would be a mid range estimate. Huge variance depending on who you ask..

I think he's asking fees to prepare the drawings and application rather than build cost.

Prices vary as to whether you want to use an architectural practice or a person who is doing some work on the side.

Expect 2K+ for the former and half that for the latter in my experience.
