Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi There,

Does anyone know of a theatre that stages Irish language plays ? I have been to one already this year and I would like to go regularly.

If not plays then maybe someone would know where I could go to see Irish language films or a place where I could rent Irish language films.

    Thanks.

.......or maybe a website with links to films ?

    Féach anseo: http://www.drama-gaeilge.com/default.asp?contentID=1

Is beag áit a mbíonn drámaí gaeilge ar bhonn rialta. Tá compántais drámaíochta timpeall na tíre ar nós Aisteoirí Bulfin i mBaile Átha Cliath. Léiríonn siad cupla dráma i rith na bliana. Ba cheart go bhféadfadh an Comhlachas (féach an nasc) comhairle a chuir ort maidir le léirithe timpeall na tíre.

In the gaeltacht it would be more likely to see amatuer plays in Irish. Comhlachas (see link) should be able to provide information on Irish language drama groups around the country.

Níl morán acu ann. Poitín, Kings agus roinnt gearrscannáin, ar nós Yu Ming is Ainm Dom. Is cuimhin liom go raibh léiriú de scannáin ghaeilge le linn sheachtain na gaeilge (i mBÁC) anuraidh. B'fhéidir go mbeadh a leithéid ann arís i mbliana. Má bhíonn beidh an t-eolas ar fáil anseo: http://www.snag.ie/events/

Tá dráma chun a bheith i mBÁC go luath - Aistriúchán Gaeilge ar 'Love Matters' ó Aisling Ghéar. Is istigh sa Project Arts Centre i mBarra an Teampaill a bheidh sé idir an 6-10 Márta. Táim ag súil go mór leis! :)

Maidir le scannáin, níl mórán ar fáil i nGaeilge ach bhí Cré na Cille curtha amach ar DVD anuraidh. Féach ar suíomh idirlín ROSG le breathnú ar áiteanna gur féidir é a cheannach.
