Hey, does anyone have a recommendation similar to Vivaldi’s “Concerto for Violin and String in G Major”? I heard this recently and for a song so old, it sounds so new, you could hear it being used in a soundtrack or similar.

Apologies for my complete lack of classical music knowledge, pretty much all I know is that I like violins and Largo means slow :/

    Thanks in advance

It depends how similar you want. Wags state that Viv wrote the same concerto 500 times (cruel - more of a reflection on the wag's lack of sophistication than Vivaldi). He did indeed write about 500 concertos - search for any of them on Youtube and see if they are close to what you want. Many in G maj.

Bach wrote a double violin concerto; the slow movement from that is blissful. :)
