Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Does anyone know if the likes of Woodies DIY can sharpen clippers for the garden and if so would anyone know of a ballmark figure it would cost?

    most of the staff in woodies know shag all about the products they sell so i suspect not.
    if you're willing to give it a go, a file for sharpening them would probably cost less than paying someone to do it.

    failing that, you would probably find that the likes of a lawnmower/chainsaw service centre would do it.
