Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Really tight league this year. 5½ points between top and tenth. Bray are a bit cut off - a massive 1½ points adrift of tenth. Enniscorthy already looking in trouble though; not just that they're 4 points adrift of safety, but they scratched a board in their last home game and had two sub-1000 players; they'll really struggle to stay up doing that.

    Big result at the top yesterday; leaders Ballinasloe hammered 6½-1½ by Malahide, who take over at the top. There's then three teams level on points in second, but Celbridge, Rathmines and even Dún Laoghaire could pass them out if they get enough points from their games in hand.

    Long way to go but we could see no change in the top division if Rathmines and Dun Laoghaire both get relegated and promoted. :)

    Paras 4.3/4.4 of the league rules gives board count as the tie-break after head-to-head - so Phibsboro are ahead on the basis of having won on boards 1/2, while Dún Laoghaire's wins came on lower boards
