Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Post on bargain alerts requests but not here.
This started today some serious bargains to be had (I went to baggot Street store at 8)
I got three big male beard grooming sets for about 20 euro.

Are NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) products included in this?

I didn't see any, it's pretty much the Xmas gift sets and a few other similar sets like electric toothbrushes etc

Any sign of this sale this year?

Any sign of this sale this year?

Just went onto their website and they have a promotion running ,finishing tomorrow, but not 70%

I thought the 70% was only in the actual shop and not online. For the year that's in it I doubt they'll do it.

They were running pretty good promotions leading up to Christmas with lots of stock sold old. I doubt stores were getting big deliveries of stock as expectation during lockdowns would be online shopping.

If it's going ahead liffey valley or jervis are your best bets.

I think the past couple of years on feb 1st the 70% off in stores started, but doesn't appear to have been there today.
As you mentioned, they may not do it at all with the year we had.I am a long way from Dublin at the moment so just checked the small local one in carrick on shannon and it just appeared as business as usual.
Always a great sale to pick up a few birthday presents etc.
    Cheers for the reply.

It used to be the 2nd or 3rd Friday in January.....last year seemed abit late.

I bought this year when stuff was half price as couldn't see me going to an actual store or the promotion happening.

There are plenty of 50% off stuff so I thought perhaps the yearly 70% off might arrive. I guess i'll have to hit for Dealz :D

same thing though, essential shopping doesnt include 70% off gift sets or a reason to drag up a year old thread on the off chance :D
