How can Poetry that needs explaining
be considered good poetry,
Robert Frost manages to get his message
across without confusing the reader,
while still writing profoundly deep poetry.
Patrick Kavanagh's poetry has the same effect
on me as the often farsical modern art,
although his work may be the product of true talent,
its output generally means nothing to me before i am
told what it is "supposed" to mean

A Good poem needs no explanation.

The above is my first and last attempt at poetry. Its my way of having a stab at something i don't understand. I know it barely qualifys as a poem but it gets my message across.
