This saddens my heart. Despite an increase of 120% of men reporting sexual violence and rape, the Ministry of Justice in the UK cuts their funding to 0%.

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/uks-biggest-male-rape-charity-survivors-uk-has-state-funding-slashed-to-zero-despite-120-rise-in-men-reporting-sexual-violence-and-seeking-help-10274441.html

Not quite - the money was coming from Ministry of Justice Victims' fund, then distribution of funds was switched to the Mayor of London’s Office for Policing and Crime, and that office did not renew it after paying half the amount for a 6-month period.

That office is also denying they are cutting it, while the charity disagrees:
But since Survivors UK’s funding for counselling was switched from being dispensed by the Ministry of Justice’s victims’ fund to being distributed by the Mayor of London’s Office for Policing and Crime last year, the charity has not had its funding renewed. It was given £33,666 for a six month period by the Mayor's office, and as of 31 March this year the funding has stopped. It has since launched a petition on Change.org to re-instate its funding.

A spokesperson for the Mayor’s Office for Policing And Crime said there has been "no cut in funding for services to support male victims of abuse. In fact, we are investing over £4.1million in specialist services for all victims of domestic and sexual violence by 2016. This includes male victims".

“The Mayor welcomes additional funding from the Ministry of Justice for a number of organisations working with victims in London, including Survivors UK.”

But Michael May at Survivors UK told The Independent that since learning that the funding would not be renewed, the charity has constantly been in contact with the Mayor's office and has "heard nothing," adding that there has been "no indication" that its £70,000 per year will be reinstated.

EDIT: Actually, Survivors UK is specifically mentioned.

So the Mayors office was responsible for disbursing the funds but rerouted the monies?

I am not sure - I edited my post as the text I quoted actually does specifically mention Survivors UK, and I've highlighted that now.

Is there a female-rape charity in the UK?

    Why the gender mention?

I read about this. The tories at work again.
The Met Police’s decision to investigate the alleged murders of three boys in the late 1970s by members of a Wesminster VIP paedophile ring - based in part on the evidence put forward by a male survivor of the sexual abuse - has also brought a new focus onto the need for dedicated male rape services,

And now the Mayors office is cutting funds. They are saying there is no cut. But charity says funding has been withdrawn. It's completely wrong.

Most rape crisis organizations derive their funding from private sponsorship, donations and charity drives, and the big ones usually get time-limited government grants in addition to that. Rape Crisis England & Wales are currently on a 3-year fund of £10.5 million from the government. The Rape Crisis Network in Ireland has had to close some of its centres in the Midwest due to both a lack of private donations and cutbacks in state funding. To counter this, there has been fundraising events, street collections and more appeals for donations via awareness-raising campaigns. I'd expect that Survivors UK are implementing similar fundraising strategies, and the publicity from the Independent article will probably get them lots of donations.

Because the organisation in question specifically deals with male rape?
