River Shannon - Athlone - Major pollution

Has anyone seen the videos on facebook of the oil slick which is flowing from the golden island side of the river. Bloody disgusting, doesn't look like the council are doing anything about it either.. Dead swans, smaller birds, Pike, perch and roach floating to the top.
