First batch of new homeowners are moving in already, and Cairn are planning to build plenty more with estimated construction to be ongoing for at least a couple of years.

Build quality looks exceptional, house sizes are above average for the money, and Ashbourne looks like a nice place to live. N2 also seems to be operating below capacity during peak times (in contrary to N3/N4/N7) which will make it easy to get on the M50 or straight into town.

We put a deposit down for a C type (4 bed semi) that'll be ready in Sep-Oct. Anyone else bought there? Any potential neighbours? :cool:
