Sales Representative wanted for a role in the general West of Ireland region.

This role calls for a self-motivated person preferably with relevant technical and sales experience in the field of Power Tools products. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing the sales of Power Tools and Accessories. This will involve 360 degree maintenance of all categories within Power Tool sales in Origo. The role requires a dynamic, resilient, professional and flexible individual who possess the motivation to achieve our business results. The geographical area for the role to be defined in full on appointment but the general areas will be the West of Ireland.

Responsibilities:

· Generate and expand gross sales for existing and potential new areas of the business
· Develop existing and new customer base
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and margins as per the company business plan
· Promote product awareness
· Merchandising – ensure our products are displayed correctly to maximise sales out
· Ensure the product / brand is achieving its maximum potential within current customer base
· Grow and strengthen current relationships with existing dealers
· Support the Sales team where necessary in all aspects of sales execution
· Attendance at trade shows, customer open days, customer training, etc. predominately outside normal working hours
· Report on competitor activity in the market
· Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management system
· Manage and clear supports calls within the agreed time scale
· Report on monthly activities and expenses

Key Attributes & Skills Required:

· Full clean drivers licence essential
· Proven negotiation and selling skills
· Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Excellent communications skills – numeric, oral and written
· Proven attention to detail and results orientated
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong business and commercial acumen
· Capability to work on own initiative
