    A ship building city in north Eastern China. Was there for three weeks working and have not eaten Chinese food since.

    Do you like to do the tourist thing or go off the beaten track?

    I like a balance. Love the tourist experience and getting the obligatory photos but love going for local cuisine and if possible, gatecrash a local party. Best one was a party in a shed in the middle of the island of Lanzarote only accessible by a dirt track.
