Loss of channels

Hi all, I have a technomate 5400 and for a while back I have lost a number of channels including CNN aljazeera blaze etc. I have done quite number of updates but always end up with no improvement, the lnb is relatively new and my dish is a meter dish, any help greatly appreciated
