Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,
    • I have worked in IT for 10 years but have always worked alongside data Engineers or had front end reporting in business applications to get me by
    • In my degree I did basic excel and basic SQL so understand the basics but nothing to advanced or in depth and it's 10 years ago.
    • I am looking for a decent enough entry level course to do in the evenings/part time to learn fundamentals of excel and sql.
    • I don't want to do a higher education course just yet but I want something good enough to put on my CV If possible.

Looking for any tips/personal recommendations outside what Google gives.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    K

SQL wouldn't be so difficult for you to revise and you can find excel formulas too online. You may know the crude operations of SQL and you can learn it deeper by doing a database with the need of complex database structure that would enhance your abilities to design databases. If you want to learn it from the beginning then here https://ajaytech.co/just-enough-sql/ you will find everything about SQL and can also get enrolled for any course at Udemy as well. Here https://www.udemy.com/topic/sql/free/ you can also find a variety of free courses, lectures and videos of databases and SQL. Hopefully, it would assist you.
