I've soberly asked a friend if she heard of youtube. Her face :)

I barely used the internet at the time .

Is that lyric familiar to you?

It might be if my memory wasn't still fixing itself from chemo drugs so I'm just going to ask ...?

Knowing my life , it should mean something .

Has anyone from the past come back into your life ?

    Not yet.

@makikomi, I'm indifferent to cats, we have a couple here around the yard, Mrs leaves out stuff for them but they're not pets really, just do their own thing.

Do you sunbathe in weather like today?

I might sit outside in a chair with a giant hat on me, but I'm far too fair skinned for sunbathing.

    Do you tan?

Tried it once - a complete disaster tbh.

Will you enter the architecture competition to redesign the cathedral in Paris?

    I won't as I don't think a design of mine would actually work :D

If you could go back to any year what year would you choose?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,199 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

I'm not sure - maybe to one of the years of the early 90's to see if it was really as good as I remember it from my youth.

    Same question for you?

I'd probably pick 2000, I lived abroad and it was certainly an eye opener but I'd take the confidence I have now and use it back then.

Do you like where you live?

I'd go back to the mid to late 80s, it was a good time for me :)

If you could go back and do one thing differently what would it be?

I don't think there's one particular thing I'd do differently, I'm quite happy with where I've got so far - I suppose I'd like to tell my younger self to spend less time worrying about what people think of them or not to worry about not being "popular", that kind of thing

What is your favorite shoe/runner brand?

    Skechers or Nike

I like but don't love all animals and cats are easy to deal with. Interesting natures. .

In relationships/marriages, is there such a thing as an equal partnership? Or does someone always have to wear the trousers?

A bit of give and take I'd feel tbh.

Ever have a near death experience?

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,012 ✭✭✭✭Purple Mountain

    There's no such thing.
I did have a very close shave in my car once where I thought I was a goner.
All the things important to me flashed to my mind because I thought I was curtains.
Thankfully I survived.. And stopped speeding too to add.

Have you ever crashed a car?

To thine own self be true

My car and a JCB crashed into each other and the JCB turned my car straight into a electrical pole, not a scratch on the JCB and my car was in the garage for about 6 months. I was lucky to walk away from it

    Have you?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,181 ✭✭✭molly09

No , you were lucky to escape from such a crash with no injuries

Gave you any plans for long weekend?

Every day was a fast day when I was young lol.

Did you get some vitamin D today?

I did indeed, sat by the river with the lady of the house and had an ice cream - tis the simple things!

If you could choose, would you lose an arm or a leg?

Are you going to stay up late tonight?
