Hello all! Please ensure that you are posting a new thread or question in the appropriate forum. The Feedback forum is overwhelmed with questions that are having to be moved elsewhere. If you need help to verify your account contact hello@boards.ie
Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After seeking feedback about the future of this forum and extensive discussions with community members, we are relaunching the Feedback forum. Please ensure that you read the forum's charter before posting.

One particularly important thing to note is that starting threads and posting is restricted to those who have 100 posts and been registered for at least 3 months. Anyone who doesn't meet those requirements can still raise an issue by starting a thread in Help Desk or sending a Private Message to an Admin or Staff Member.

Unlike the Feedback of old, which operated as a catch all, the new Feedback is to be used to comment on issues that have a site-wide relevance, or offer suggestions on ways to improve user experience on the site. We ask that threads are started in relation to a specific issue and that responses are kept on-topic.

If you would like to appeal a Moderator decision, you should do so in Dispute Resolution Procedure; Help Desk is the destination to ask questions or to discuss issues with a forum or moderation of the same (though, as always, we recommend trying to work it out with the Moderator in a reasonable fashion via PM first); and Site Development should be used for problems of a technical nature.

All users are welcome to send site feedback or ask queries by e-mailing us at hello@boards.ie or via the Contact Us form. Finally, if you are a new member and need help getting to grips with the site, you can ask in Newbies & FAQ.
