    residential 35 acre farm in meath

    five bed two story house , two bathrooms , kitchen , utility , living room , hall , study, spare room , bulk of the house built in 1991 ,was added on to a century old stone house which comprised of two bedrooms , kitchen and living room , house is occupied presently and is in good order , well kept if plain lawns but with a tarmacadam driveway , private well

    farm is 35 acres of medium to good quality grazing land ( not arable land ) which are watered and fenced , thier is also a selection of cattle sheds andf hay sheds on the farm

    house is a comfortable distance from all out buildings

    figure i had in mind was between 450 k and 500 k


    any suggestions welcome

    You'd have to find comparable properties to value it, otherwise it'll just be figures plucked from the air. Anything in the area of a similar size and type that has sold recently?
