Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am currently researching my Dawson family in Ireland. I understand that they owned a Stud farm by the name of Kilronan in Cloghran, Co Dublin. I also have a reference where the address for the family was "Kinsealy." Is Kinsealy within or near Cloghran? Any help would be appreciated.

Kinsealy and Cloghran are very near each other in north county Dublin.

There is an equestrian centre called Kilronan on the Airport Road as well. It's very long established.

Thanks very much for the map and street view of the Kilronan Equestrian Centre. They are greatly appreciated. I understand the Dawson family were famous horse breeders for generations back. I wonder if the family is still involved with the present Equestrian Centre. Thanks again to both of you.

The RDS Dublin Horse Show was on this past week.

Perhaps you might be able to get more information on the Dawson's by contacting the organisers or through their Facebook page.
