Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not going through the rigmarole of waiting 90 minutes for the bus and than taking another 2 hours to get home! Going to stay in town. Morgan Hotel doin room rate for €60.

    The gf works in town too so both gonna stay. €30 each not bad at all for The Morgan.

    Couldn't do that journey in and out again!

    Ha she wouldn't have been too pleased if I said I'm staying in a Classy 4 Star Hotel with "someone who's going halfer with me on Bargain Alerts".

    Haha I'm a divil! Only got to work now! Slept it in after a cheeky cocktail or two! Didn't tell work I stayed ina Hotel so there actually happy to see me at this hour!

    I'm such a sucker though. They rang me this morning telling me the same rate applies all weekend so staying tonight.

    Ah, worth is cuz would prob be paying €50 for a taxi back to Balbriggan after Friday pints anyways...

    Good idea OP... My sister (well her company) had to pay €110 for her to get a taxi from town to clondalkin the other day, 3hrs 45mins it took... nasty

    Wow. I find it hard to listen to a taxi driver for more than 10 seconds, couldn't imagine nearly 4 hours of it.
