Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Brocon 2016, Limerick's Gaming and Anime convention, is right around the corner; July 8-10 to be precise, and with only three weeks left to go I am hoping to get you guys excited. Each year has succeeded in relation to the previous, and this year is certainly shaping up to be the biggest ever. Actor, artist and writer Sonny Strait of Dragon Ball Z and Full Metal Alchemist fame is set to headline the show, selling his work, doing signings and giving some great panels including a workshop on manga development.

On top of gaming giants John Romero and Chris Pramas, Dublin cosplay pro Pixie Styxx will be joining us as special guest to give you all an insight into the many challenges of cosplay, including having the confidence to partake in the hobby, as well as more technical talks such as a panel on cosplay wigs. She missed us last year due to an unfortunate illness, so we hope you will join us in giving her a huge welcome this year.

Anime screenings will run throughout the entire weekend as usual. some of your favourites will be shown, as well as some Attendee Choice segments.

Along with a huge artist alley and traders hall, with all of the games you could dream of, it is looking to be a great weekend.

Check out the site below for all the details, and we hope to see you there this weekend.
