Heat pump for small garden office

I have an insulated steel tech shed in the back garden, it’s wired for power and I need a heat source. I’m wondering if a heat pump would be a good solution here, I’d also be interested in cooling the room.

Size is 100 square feet. Is there anything on the market designed for such a small room? Would it be cost effective versus an oil filled radiator?

The heatpump will cost more than your shed/office.
If its well insulated an electric heater is prob your most economical solution!
