Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Think you need to have a real interest in the area. I don't think you need to a qualified nurse or anything. I just did a quick search for you by just putting in palative care and you can do a FETAC level 5 in Care Skills.
My mother is currently doing a similar course as she also wants to get into pallative care. I hope that helps.:)
