Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    John Cloonan better known to us as archtech here on Boards especially the regulars in the Construction & Planning forum passed away (suddenly) yesterday.

    We shall miss you John and your contributions to the C & P forums will be a testament to the common goal we shared and also the good times we had.

    Never met john but conversed through here at times, and i enjoyed reading his blog too.

    I hope you don't mind me posting on this. I was directed to this thread by a friend. Archtech was my husband. There are no words to describe the huge sense of loss that I and my two daughters are feeling right now, but seeing posts and tributes from those who knew him, even in the 'Cyber World' are so comforting.

    Thank you muffler for starting this thread. And if I can be of any help in any way to any of you who knew Archtech please don't hesitate to get in touch.
