Hi everyone I'm new to the MMA forum of boards! Can anyone recommend a really good ear guard? I have noticed my ears are very sore after training. Price is not an issue, I would prefer to get the best protection possible. And is a good ear guard enough to prevent ''cauliflower ears''? Or is there still a risk of developing…
