Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It depends what type of trauma, what type of counselling you've done, and the skills of the practitioner. Do you know what type of therapy your counsellor or therapist did? And what type of therapist they were? (counsellor, psychotherapist, psychologist?)

Hi OP, sorry to hear that you are struggling with this..

EDMR is a technique some therapists use to resolve trauma.. check out if there is a therapist in your area who is qualified in this field..

There is also a great book that deals with trauma - The Body Keeps the Score - by Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk..
