Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you think nostalgia is a dangerous thing?

It can be. I know times in the past when nostalgia has made me choose differently, then for time and time again to suffer the consequences of that decision.

Are you good at saying No to people without having to justify the reason to them?

I am but it depends on the person.

    @RMAOK I can be.

    Are you subtle?

I do tend to judge unfavourably certain Dublin accents when its accompanied by a request for a "euuuuurrrrrro" :p

Do you ever wonder how life would be if you took a different path?

I did a few times, but I was groomed for what I'm at I think. The old lad said he knew since I was about 10 that I'd be the farmer, all my brothers were older and usually the farm would ascend to the oldest.

What would be your dream job?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,223 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

As subtle as a sledgehammer (or so I'm told)

    Dream job: billionaire

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

    Its neither.

What would you do with all that money?

Land, I'd consider a good offer.

How much an acre would you offer?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,223 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

I'd offer some magic beans :pac:

In my youth absolutely. Now, I try not do anything that I don't stand behind 100% so it's a much easier situation, instead of getting out of it I can firmly explain it.

What is your worst bad habit?

I smoke a very odd cigar when the drink is in and I love sweet stuff and the crispy fat on meat.

Yes. In real like I have loads of questions. If I'm chatting with someone I want to know everything. I just need to pretend that we are in a pub having a chat.

Do you have a unique signature when signing your name? You know how some people make indecipherable squiggles.

It would if people were knew beforehand that's how it was going to be for the night and were agreeable to it. I think it wouldn't be a bit of fun.

Have you ever had a dream where you were trying to figure out if a memory was real or of a dream?
