Help with P/P cash out problem

Can someone help me with this. I placed a €10 7 dog acc wth P/P I took a partial cash out with P/P for €179 after 5 winning greyhound races with 2 legs to go. It left a €5 stake with a potential winning of €443.33 if the final 2 legs won. After the 6 dog won. I was offered €280. I let it go and the 7th dog won. P/P put…

Can someone help me with this.
I placed a €10 7 dog acc wth P/P
I took a partial cash out with P/P for €179 after 5 winning greyhound races with 2 legs to go. It left a €5 stake with a potential winning of €443.33 if the final 2 legs won.
After the 6 dog won. I was offered €280. I let it go and the 7th dog won. P/P put €279.30 in my account.
I thought when I cashed out that I would also get €443 if the final 2 dogs won.
Am I wrong or has P/P done me.
