Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I've been granted planning permission for a new house that has a roof where a plain black roof tile is specified in the drawings.
I was wondering if changing that to a metal seam roof (zinc/steel) would require resubmitting the application all over again?
    Thanks

Lodge a Section 5 for an official answer.
Talk to the Planner to see if they would have an issue with the change.

May depend on the context, streetscape etc
If its rural and one off out on its own it may have a better chance.
