Hi all. Just wondering what is the likelihood of been granted planning permission to convert an old health centre to a residential dwelling? Has anyone gone through this process before?

Likely.
But not cheap, as current building regs apply for a change of use.

Only Purchase subject to planning. Your solicitor would need to involved.

I am doing an audit on such a centre fro similar change of use at the mo and its in rag order, will cost a bomb to upgrade
