What sort of mask help prevent getting coronavirus?

Hi all, Parents will be changing flights at Singapore on the way to Australia, and I'm wondering what masks would help prevent them from getting the coronavirus? Also, is there a good list of known symptoms, as they'll be going on a cruise ship near the end of February whilst over there.

I don't think masks are designed so much to prevent infection as much as to prevent anyone with (or without) symptoms from spreading droplets.

Plus they do not cover the eyes.

My question is what temperature do we need to wash clothes at in the washing machine now?
