I'm am working on an L bar shrink wrapper at work. It's proving extremely difficult to get it setup to run consistently.. Its to wrap boxes in the range of 15cm x 13cm x 9cm. The main problem that occurs is the occurrence holes on the longitudinal side. Am using 100 gauge LDPE.
The machine is an Alt 6550. Ifp in Italy are the manufacturer.

Best case it will run at about 80% 1st pass yield.

Has anyone experience of getting this type of machine set up to run properly?
