Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What kind of brackets will I need to put on a bucket to fit this head. Would I need to get euro brackets?

The head is on a tanco loader

Looks like an old blue tanco head to me.

I think that the tanco loader boom you have there is actually a trima loader boom rebadged as a tanco...

If you take accurate measurements of the diameter of the top bar, the pin at the bottom and the distance between them, a good machinery garage would be able to tell you for sure...

Almost looks like trims but top bar seems small. Consider just changing headstock to std euro head now than dealing with the hassle of odd brackets

I'd be a bit wary of the lock on that. Is it only really gravity keeping it shut?

Probably grand 99.999% of the time. But you'd want to be careful.

I think they are known as US brackets.
    Standard Rossmore/Tanco fitting.

If you are starting from scratch and putting brackets on all your equity consider getting the head adapted to a euro head and put euro brackets on your equipment. Down the line it will save you a fortune. As well if you need to borrow something equipment that has euro brackets is the.most common

This looks very much like a Tanco 978. Fellow down in Limerick do the brackets for around 50 to 60 Euros

    I'd agree with this advice.
