Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Change window size post planning submission

    Our drawings show a window that starts 1m from the floor. We are now planning on making that window smaller and starting approx. 1.5 m from the floor. Would a change like this trigger a new planning application?

    Would an assigned certifier sign off on a change like this?

    If it’s at the back of house it shouldn’t be an issue but if your building in an established city street and it’s at the front of the house you will have to consult with planning

    What room is this window serving?
    It could be a fire escape issue if increasing the height.

    It is a kitchen window at the kitchen sink. Originally it was the living room but we changed use of the room.
