Is there any website or place where I could buy a wrecked bike to work on? Preferably with papers.

Look on Donedeal and search "Mint" "Never dropped" or "First to see will buy"

I assume you dont mean a "wrecked " beyond repair bike.....City spares, First choice breakers always have " rough" bikes for sale

Or 'Street Fighter', real means 'was once a beautiful GSXR/R1/ZXR etc until I crashed it into a wall.. It was beyond economic repair so I put bicycle lamps and a sent of Renthal bars on the new CG125 forks.. Now its a 'once off stunning Street Fight, a real stomach head turner.

Why would it be difficult. Just arrange a bike courier to bring it over. Done.

Try Buttercup Lane in Darndale on any Sunday evening.
    Probably won't have papers though.

Surely for the price of shipping a wrecked bike from England, you'd pick one up here.
