Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    1) Are you aware of what's happening when given a local anaesthetic?

    2) What's the difference between a local anaesthetic and a sedative?

    TIA

Pretty sure this is the wrong forum but anyway:

Local anaesthetic just numbs the (local) small area that is experiencing/will experience pain. Like if you need stitches for a cut they will numb the area first with local anaesthetic. You are awake.

Sedative puts you to sleep (general anaesthetic)
