hi I have a shed out the back that is plastered on the outside, sealed roof and has electricity but on the inside it is just exposed concrete blocks and a concrete floor with no insulation at all.

I wanted to paint the walls and floor but not sure what paint to use or if I need to treat the walls before applying the paint.

Water down first coat by 30% for blockwork. For floor, it will depend on what kind of trafic will occur?

Would that be with an emulsion paint?

Traffic would be very low on the floor I ws looking at something like this not sure if it is available in ireland https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdolrDw4GUs

    Don't use a standard emulsion.
Get a hard wearing exterior masonry paint..Dulux weathershield is hard to beat.
Apply a watered down first coat to seal the concrete and two good coats of full mix.

Rustoleum is a hell of a paint. don't ever remember seeing that 2 pack floor paint before though. This one by Coo Var is very good. I've used it before and goes on very easy with a long pile roller. Crown paint shops stock it ( though you may have to order it in)
