Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

law and French

    Hi im wondering about the law and French joint honours degree.Im wondering what you study and what qualifications can you get and if the French is counted.Im also wondering is there any differences between this course and the French and law one in ucc?

    Hi,
    The course in NUI Galway is not a Law and French degree as such. You take French as an option (Four hours a week) for each year of the degree and you can spend a year in France on Erasmus.

    how many hours of law do you do a week ?Do you get awarded a full French and law degree after the four years ?

    You will find all of that information if you go to the NUI Galway, School of Law website. Law hours depend on the course that you choose.

    Our son studied in France for a year through the Erasmus program; he liked it there so much that he decided to move to France and live there. It was a very spontaneous decision, but he is satisfied and fulfilled. Most of our family members studied law, so this passion was passed down from generation to generation.
