Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Signing off / Closing Claim online mywelfare

    Has anyone closed their claim recently using mywelfare.ie? I'm on JSA, finally got a decent job, I've put in an application online for it to be closed, just wondering if these online applications are being processed at all? Haven't heard any word yet.

    As an example, I used the site to originally sign on during lockdown, received nothing, and things only got done when I handed in paper forms in person. My mywelfare account online only has 1 email notification stating my original application to sign on is awaiting review (despite being approved months ago). Is it the case that the online system is low key abandoned with the PUP getting priority?

    I just don't want two separate people in the department getting applications for the same account to close it from online and in post.
