Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
Just wondering what the situation is in other ETBs with the PLSS form. Here in LWETB we have to get students to fill it out for every course / module! That means that a student could be doing Art on a Monday morning and Computers on Monday afternoon and have to fill out the same form twice!

Yes, the PLSS forms are a nightmare for both tutors and learners in every ETB, especially for learners with low level literacy, like the ones that I teach. The system is a joke, and a sick one, and people have been complaining about it for years now and nothing has changed.

They are the perfect example of how little bureaucrats care about teaching and learning. In Family Learning, for example, learners take short six-week courses and have to fill in a new form every time. They are a massive barrier to people taking up courses.
