Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if this is in the right forum, can the sales origin of a camera be traced through the serial number?

Technically it may be possible depending on how much information the manufacturer may hold regarding their distribution chain. The likelihood may increase if it was part of some rebate program or was registered with their professional service division .Getting them to give you that information may be a whole other matter, that is if you are trying to track the exact store. If you are talking about what region it was sold in (as in grey imports) they generally do track that.
