Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey folks
Off to Barcelona this summer for a couple of weeks with 16 and 13yr old. One loves museums anything with history etc. Younger lad is sports mad. Any suggestions?

Camp Nou & Olympic Stadium for the sports fan.

May be trip to Tarragona for the history buff. Lots of Roman ruins & a few museums.

Day & evening to Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Ferrari Land first as it closes earlier. Main park opens until late. Has its own train station so relatively easy to get back to Barcelona. Just don't leave it unti the last train as they fill very quickly after closing.

The Aquarium is worth a visit. There are loads of Gaudi places to visit. The hop on hop off bus tour is good.

I think there is a cable car thing too.

Get the Metro to the funicular at Paral·lel which goes to the cable car.

Go up to Tibidabo, the views from the top are great and there's an amusement park up there.
The aquarium is nice, might be interesting for the teenagers.
Sagrada Familia is not really worth going in, it's enough to see it from the outside.
The Montjuïc cable cars are cool.
