Should I be worried about this spider ?

Found this last night above my porch , looks huge and scary..anyone knows what it is ( I know it's a spider &#55357;&#56904; )

Sorry , edited to add the picture, I know it's not very clear , but I didn't see any markings on it's body .

Could be an Orb Weaver ...Maybe Zygiella x-notata Missing Sector Orb-weaver

Could be a false widow, its difficult to tell because of the angle, could you ask her to move round a bit and take another pic..
