Anyone working on the (Protestant) Magdalen Asylum for Penitent Females, Leeson Street? A woman believed she was born in Dublin about 1871, but there is no trace in civil records or church records on irishgenealogy.ie. The mother was about 41, but her distinctive surname would have required the utmost discretion.
