Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks,

    Hope everyone is good

I am looking for a domain name its fairly niche, say its eWalking.ie

The domain is already registered to a company which was dissolved in 2012. There is no webiste and just a default hosting holding page.

Its due to expire on the 10th June, is there any way I can apply for the domain through the IEDR if the company is dissolved?

I'm reluctant to reach out to the owner and offer to buy it. Thanks in advance

No way to do that I’m afraid, .ie domains aren’t as stringent as common consensus might believe. Best bet is to hope it doesn’t renew this year (the IEDR site says it takes 70 days to completely expire domains) but if the owner has auto renew on or renews it in that period all you can do is reach out
