Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,

Recently it was brought up that there was nothing in the FAQ or Terms of Use about the publishing of PMs. In fact, the only reference to this is made in the Dispute Resolution Forum where it says that it's OK to publish PMs there "contrary to normal Boards.ie Guidelines that permission be sought before publication of any PMs sent or received."

There was always a rule in place against publishing PMs, but it seems it wasn't actually added anywhere officially and as such became an unwritten rule. This was an oversight that we have now rectified by adding a new guideline not to publish PMs. This ensures that everyone, including new users, are aware of it. This isn't an issue that comes up frequently, but at least now it's explicitly covered in the Boards.ie FAQ.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
