Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Porting from a 30 day bill pay SIM only contract

I've been on a 30 day bill pay SIM only contract for the past while and now want to port to another network on PAYG. I've given my 30 days' notice which is due to expire on the 15th of next month.

What's the best way to go about porting to ensure I don't lose service? Buy a SIM from the new network and set it to port at 00.00 on the 15th (I seem to remember being able to do this online with Tesco)? Or do it on the 14th and just pay for one overlapping day - should I expect any issues with that?

This is the first time in years I've had a bill pay contract so I can't remember how I did this before.
