Reminder to pay Income Tax

I got a letter from revenue this morning. It says that according to their records, I haven't yet paid tax for 2018 and I can get them to calculate it before September 30th or pay it online by November. Why would I get this letter if I'm not self employed? In 2018 I was in college and alos abroad. Why would I even be on…
