Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thanks

You’re usually charged duties and vat on all imports over 22 euro including shipping and insurance. The rate of duties applied vary depending on the product. This may help

That seems too high. Customs duty is not charged on items with a value of less than €150 (not including shipping and handling charges), so unless you bought something very valuable at an extreme discount, you should only be liable for VAT on the value of the product plus the shipping costs, which generally shouldn't be higher than 23% (and might sometimes be lower for certain categories of goods). Your delivery company (e.g. An Post) may tack on a processing fee if they paid on your behalf, but that should only be €10 or so. What exactly did you purchase?
