Is 816+ a First Class Honours result?

Is this true, people, as long as you get 70 or over in 30 out of your 60 credits? I thought you had to have 840+ for a First? Any info would be appreciated:o

an aggregate of at least 840/1200 marks (70% and above)
or an aggregate of at least 816/1200 marks (68%) with at least 30 credits from
Fourth Year attained with marks of 70% or above
