Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nothing on lightning detectors from it yet...

Some action out in the Irish Sea http://brunnur.vedur.is/athuganir/eldingar/i_dag_na.html?.
Possibility of glancing the east coast...??? Not likely but better than nothing today.

Also, time to open a winter thread? Always some conflict on here about seasons.

Power went in Rathcoole last night about 10pm. Can anyone confirm if this was due to a lightning strike? There was a very heavy shower at the time.

Must have been a lot windier than I thought during those squawly showers and thunder this morning !! Gulp. Through all the 'storms' of the last 3 years had only twigs coming down. Here's the baby that came crashing down this morning ! !:eek::eek::eek:

Edit: Note to self... Park car in different place. Note to self 2... cancel order for logs for this week.
